Reporting a problem

It helps to include:

• Your phone model and Android version.
• The app version, from Settings in the app.
• What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
• A screenshot, if you can take one.

Unsafe or unsuitable places

If a pin sends you somewhere unsafe, private or unsuitable, do not go there. Write to us with the Case name and where the pin was, and we will look into it.

Your data

• There is no account, so there is nothing to delete on our side beyond what the privacy policy describes.
• To erase the record of the ground you have walked, use Settings › Clear walked ground.
• To remove everything the app keeps on your phone, uninstall it or clear its storage in your phone settings.
